The Flipped Classroom: Strategies, Approaches and Evidence

For the first Flipped Lab held in June 2013 we discussed different elements of the flipped classroom, including teachers roles, classroom activities, and student expectations. TheĀ  discussion focused on Paul Carter’s experience implementing the flipped classroom in the context of an introductory software development course in Computer Science.

As pre-task activity participants annotated the Paul Carter’s Presentation using the CLASS system.
